Aisha Hinds, an American actor, is well-known for playing roles in the television series "The Shield" and "True Blood". Since her first appearance in 2003 Aisha Jamila Hilds has demonstrated her acting versatility through her stellar performances in the television shows like '9-1-1,' 'Detroit 1- 8-7,' and Under the Dome. She was noticed first for her performance as Anna in the television show 'Assault on Precinct 13". But it was her performance as Fannie Lou (a women's activist for right to equality) on the biographical 'All the Way" film that brought her into the spotlight to the general people as an actress. Her portrayal of Harriet Tubman on WGN America's"Underground," an historical drama, was also highly-acclaimed.
